Affect is the longest
section in this presentation, and with good
reason. Like it or not, cognition
is deeply intertwined with emotion. [For

home page.] If we expect to satisfy anyone we must pay
attention to the affect of what we do and
present.
It has always struck me as strange that so few
application designers have paid attention to this
simple fact -- even some who claim
they
want their users to
be satisfied. |
